Stop this growing mess and come snuggle! Seriously…..

We moved you to your room this week. Don’t be proud of me just yet, because you see….I kin’ve moved you right back after three unsuccessful nights. You stopped sleeping 8+ yours and no one has time to lose sleep around here. I chose to snooze away on the uncomfortable twin bed we have in your room and well, adding that to the mix made matters even worse. The bed is perfect for feedings and cat naps, but it simply won’t work for someone who is up with two babies after a night of little to no sleep. Once you were back in our room, the slumber continued and well, that made me happy. Poor Daddy though. The man snores, what can I say? He gets booted to the couch for my fear of his waking you at least 2x a week so I think he’s ready to kick you out again sooner than later.

We celebrated Dece’s birthday, went to church for Easter Sunday with Dece and Shep, and even took a wuick trip to Ikea all with you this month and it was such a beautiful treat to have you around. You are such a little go with the flow baby and we just adore having you in the mix that is our little family.

No hair yet, still blue eyed, and wearing size one diapers like a champ. You are gaining weight right on schedule and growing a bit too quickly for my taste, but all in all we are loving seeing the little personality that is you coming to life each week.
